Shipping Policy

We ship our products across Australia and New Zealand. We strive to deliver your order within 2–7 days, depending on your location and the efficiency of local carriers.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 24 hours after they are placed. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor your shipment. Additionally, you will receive email notifications with tracking updates at every stage of the journey.

Shipping Method:
We use Aramex and Australia Post for shipments to Australia, and Aramex and NZ Post for shipments to New Zealand.

Free shipping:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $30 AUD in Australia and $35 NZD in New Zealand.
